So despite one day being crazy hot, over 100 degrees, the rest of the week was really nice!! Of course the one day it is over 100 I go out to Disneyland to hang out with some friends but only could last half a day. It was just so bad in the direct sun and when I got home I needed another shower and then fell asleep resting when I was suppose to be doing a bunch of errands. What is going on , we are in the Fall season I thought, it should be in the 80's at most, close to 90 but that should be it! But I finally got to see some of the Halloween stuff at Disney's California Adventure in person and it was pretty cool. I am thinking at night it is better but oh well, I did have to go and was just to exhausted.
Weekly Update:So some recovery work has been going on in the house and it just started. All from some water damage from an upstairs toilet. The areas that were damaged are the upstairs bedroom which has its own bathroom. Then it seeped down to the downstairs restroom, closet, laundry room and part of the garage. It has taken over 2 months to get the work started, some disconnect between the insurance and who to have do the work. But once that got all cleared up, the worked started immediately. So trying to stay home as much as I can while the work goes on ... water ... its both a blessing and a curse.
