FLORIDA!!

So I did a thing, I made a quick trip to Florida!!  Why?  Got an invite to the Star Wars Galaxy Edge for Walt Disney World!  I know I went to the Disneyland one but hey, why not.  Plus the teams here in both Orlando and Tampa have been asking me to come out for years so thought why not do a quick trip and surprise them at the same time.  It is both hot and wet here but the weather has been much like what we are getting back home anyway!

Weekly Update:

So the big thing this past week was visiting Star Wars Galaxy's Edge, Walt Disney World style.  Overall, they are laid out the same; have the same shops, characters, ride and ambiance. The few differences may have been a different color wall or some extra crates here instead of there.  The area of the A-Wing and X-Wing were probably the biggest difference that instead of being side-to-side, they were across from one another. But the biggest difference I observed, the weather!! I am not sure what Batuu is supposed to actually feel like but I think WDW has us beat in the fact the heat sure added to the story of the multiple suns of Batuu! Even the rain was warm and offered no relief of cooling down. But I guess that is all part of Flori ... I mean Batuu!

At the movies:
And pulling into the lead this week is Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw with a hefty 60.8 million to open!  Well above expectations but also means the Summer isn't quiet over it.  Holding on to #2 is "The Lion King" with another 38.3 mil as it passes the 400 mil mark and still continues to go strong.  Average drop to #3 is "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" with 20 mil more and closes in on the 100 mil cume. In it's 5th week is "Spider- Man: Far From Home" with 7.8 mil as it is about out of webbing.  Rounding off the top 5 is "Toy Story 4" with 7.2 mil as it also just passes the 400 mil mark and will likely end there.

Quote of the week:

"Freedom is never given; it is won." - A. Philip Randolph

Facts & Tips:
One of the first sunscreens was sold in the 1910's under the name of Zeozon.
